Emmy-award winning producer, content creator, and voice actor, Georgette Pierre, is a force to be reckoned with.
Getting her start in college radio back in 2003, Georgette used to be insecure about her raspy, yet textured voice. She soon nestled into the fact that it was part of her purpose. She moved to New York to pursue her goals of working in radio. She found a new home in TV production in 2012 working with MTV, VH1, and Nickelodeon (where she won her first Emmy).
Award Tour…
She put her producing skills to the test and created relationship themed web series, #DearGeorgette, an interview series, After Dark with Georgette Pierre, and Black + Nuanced Podcast. She did a short stint in Miami as the local host of The Rickey Smiley Morning Show at 99Jamz before moving back to New York. She has bylines with various publications including Entertainment Weekly, VH1, MTV Hip Hop (formerly RapFix), Blavity, Cox Media Group Miami, and Killer Boombox.

Georgette currently consults as a creative producer and voice actor through her company imprint, M.Y.S. Productions. She’s currently hosting Making It Big in 30 Minutes via Emerson College Alumni Association and producing various creative projects.
