FL Governor Makes Smoking Medical Marijuana Legal

First bill signed into law by Gov. DeSantis happened Monday with SB182, “Medical Use of Marijuana”, making medical marijuana legal to smoke in the state of Florida but with some limitations.

According to sources, medical marijuana will not be available to anyone under the age of 18 unless terminally ill and approved by two doctors. It also can’t be smoked in public or at private businesses that ban cigarette smoking. Read more.
